Dear Members,

The Port Adelaide Soccer (Football) Club invites all life, full and 2025 Financial Members to the 2025 Annual General Meeting.

Sunday 2 November 2025 from 11am - Ngarrpadla, Dimboola Street, Taperoo

EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE NOMINATIONS
Nomination forms are to be requested from the Secretary.

All Nominees, Proposers and Seconders must be Financial Members of the Port Adelaide Soccer (Football) Club Inc.

All Nominations must be received by the Secretary at least seven (7) days prior to the AGM – no later than 26 October 2025, by email: secretary@portpirates.com.au.

The positions up for election at the 2025 AGM (Term lengths IAW constitution) are:

Vice Chairperson - 2 Year Term
Club Manager – 2 Year Term
Executive Committee Member - 1 Year Term
Executive Committee Member - 1 Year Term

The club welcomes nominations for all positions.

If you are unable to attend the meeting and wish to appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf, an appointment of proxy from is attached. This form must be sent to the club secretary before the commencement of the meeting.
